Dog / Puppy WordPress Theme
I have just created my first free WordPress theme, and I think all you dog lovers will appreciate this theme!
The name of the theme is My Cute Pups, and it is a widget-ready 3-column theme. The colors of the design are black, white, gray, and red. I have tested it on WordPress 2.7, and it should work for earlier versions of WordPress as well.

What an adorable header picture!! Is the photo of your pups? If so, I’d love to do a custom portrait from it.
You did a great job on this theme! I’ve only been blogging for a short time, but haven’t been brave enough to try a authoring a theme yet.
It’s very attractive, but in my opinion the header image is WAY too big. It takes up most of the area above the fold. I think it would be just as attractive, and much more effective, to make the dog header image shorter.

Barbra, I agree, the header is large. I plan on making some themes with smaller headers in the future.
